Youth Sports Leagues


In America it is very common for kids to be involved with sports teams. It is a good way for children to learn about teamwork and commitment. It is also a good form of physical activity and helps kids to get some of their energy out. There are many different sports that are played in the United States and there are many different types of teams that kids can get involved with. Recreation sports are generally less competitive and less expensive while travel teams are more time consuming, expensive and competitive.


The local activity center is called the YMCA and is located in Bethlehem. If you become a member you can work at at the gym, participate in activities and join sports teams.
